Snoop is a utility which displays (and constantly updates) the
following values in a window on the desktop:
* Mouse X coordinate
* Mouse Y coordinate
* Next slot size (in K bytes)
* Window handle and task title, under the pointer
* Icon handle under the pointer
* Icon flags under the pointer
* Any 'non-directed' icon under the pointer
