Description: SetTimer is a utility which can create a timer in a system variable. Every time the variable is read it will produce a string representing the time since the variable was created. The timer resolution is in centiseconds and it will run correctly for 200 years (or the next machine reboot). An example use is with FreeDial (e045) for recording time spent on-line.
