Acquiring the package:

Download the archive file(s) and extract using SparkPlug 2
(see the "tools_help" file in micros/arch/riscos/tools for further info).


Description:

ArgoBill is a simple program to display the on-line charges derived from the 
Voyager Internet Suite. It also caters for telephone company discounts. It 
is set up for use with LOCAL rates, though any other rates can be entered 
and saved. See the Help file. It allows for "startup" log-on times, and for 
calls crossing charge-band boundaries.

While it is intended to be used in conjunction with !Voyager, it could no doubt 
be adapted to parse similar dial-up log files in other communications suites.
