Download the uuencoded file and extract using SparkPlug 2 (see the "tools_help"
file in arch/riscos/tools for further info).


Description:

Default resets various parts of the system back to sensible defaults,
useful when badle behaved programs have left it in a strange state.
In particular, it does a fairly major reset of the sound system, as this
tends to get into strange states after running tracker-type programs.
