Description: RSYNTH is a text to speech translator based on a Klatt synthesizer. You can drag a file onto its icon and it will attempt to spell it out for you. Alternatevely you can enter something in the 'say' entry of the menu. The abort entry allows you to abort the current speech without closing down rsynth. The real time entry selects whether the program starts speaking immediately (default if you have an FPA10) or if it first does all computations and then dumps the ouput to the speaker (default for software FP).
