Description:

SampleCD is a program that creates sound samples in various popular formats
directly from audio CDs.  It currently supports the following formats:-
* 8-bit mono linear unsigned
* 8-bit mono linear signed
* 8-bit mono arc logarithmic
* Armadeus
* Replay
* Raw CD (16-bit stereo linear signed)

Note: SampleCD should now be StrongArm compatible.
