Download the uuencoded file and extract using SparkPlug 2 (see the "tools_help"
file in arch/riscos/tools for further info).


Description:

This is a signature programme which uses a public key encryption
method.  It signes and checks signatures attached to mail messages
so you can validate, check and authorize messages and their contents
over a public communication channel.  It also acts as a seal, any
changes to the message will render the signature invalid.
