Acquiring the package:

Download the archive file(s) and extract using SparkPlug 2 (see the "tools_help"
file in arch/riscos/tools for further info).


Description:

!AS is a simple assembler for generating AOF (object) files.  It is designed
to be used with the desktop development environment supplied with Desktop C
as Desktop C doesn't include an assembler, although it may also be used from
the command line.  It does not contain all of the commands in Acorn's
assembler, the most obvious omissions being macros and debug information.
Source code is included.  This version may also be compiled on UNIX machines.
