Description:

This program allows the network manager of a Level 3 Econet network to
perform network maintenance from within the desktop environment.  It
allows you to: create/remove users, alter free space quotas, change user
privileges, change your password, set your Econet protection byte (with
optional CMOS write), display $.Passwords file, and hold up messages sent
by Notify by queueing them on the icon bar.
