Description:

StrongEd II is a fast and powerful desktop editor with plenty of useful
features.  It can edit text files, binary files, and even BASIC files by
converting them during loading/saving.

Also in the package is StrongHelp, a hypertext help system with details of
StrongEd commands, details of all BASIC and Wimp commands, and many other
operating system functions.
