Download the uuencoded file and extract using SparkPlug 2 (see the "tools_help"

Description:

Mycop works like many other trashcans: to 'delete' an object (file,
directory or application) drop it onto the bin.  The object can either
be stored in the bin or deleted immediately.  Unlike all the other
bins !Mycop has no iconbar icon but sits on the screen where you've
put it.
