Description:

RISC OS 3.50's Display Manager actually allows you to choose what frame
rate is used for a particular mode in the same way that you choose the
number of colours and the resolution.  The relevant icons are hidden 'down
below'.  All this patch does is install a new set of templates, with the
hidden icons moved up.
