Download the uuencoded file and extract using SparkPlug 2 (see the "tools_help"
file in arch/riscos/tools for further info).


Description:

SpeedyROM will set the speed of the ROMs to either 4 MHz, normal, or an
accelerated 8 MHz, sometimes doubling the speed of operations such as Draw.
Speed up mode is only entered if the ROMs pass a test, as they may not be
reliable at such speeds.
