Description:

Dynamite provides a fast shifting-heap memory manager which allocates blocks
from its own dynamic area, on *all* versions of RISC OS.  It uses a real
dynamic area under RISC OS 3.5 and manages its own special one under earlier
versions.

apcs.arc contains a header file and object file which provide an interface
to the Dynamite memory manager from C or other APCS languages.
