Description:

ModemUtil is an application containing a collection of utilities useful
for users of modems.  The serial port can be monitored and its status
altered, including forcing the modem to drop the carrier and go off-line.
The usage of the modem can be logged while on-line and the cost of the
call displayed and saved in a log file.  A stopwatch and countdown timer
is also provided.
