Acquiring the package:

Download the archive file(s) and extract using SparkPlug 2

Description:

ArcWeb is a WWW (World Wide Web) browser.  It can display HTML (HyperText
Markup Language) documents including embedded images, movies etc. and
allow traversal of links to other documents.  It comes with software for
fetching documents via HTTP, FTP, WAIS and gopher protocols via Acorn TCP/IP.
KA9Q !TCPIP fetchers are supplied in separate packages.
