Acquiring the package:

Download the uuencoded file and extract using SparkPlug 2 (see the "tools_help"
file in arch/riscos/tools for further info).

NOTE
----
The program apparently needs to be amended for it to work correctly on
RISC OS 3.10.  The command 'iconsprites' should be altered to 'toolsprites'
on line 490 of the !RunImage.


Description:

SetIcons is an enhanced version of !SetIcons as supplied on the
RISC-OS 3 Application discs.  It is used to switch between different
sets of icons on the desktop, and includes a set to give a 3D effect.
