Description:

MoreIBar provides a secondary, vertical icon bar which is resizable and
has a scroll bar. It is useful for accessing the filer icons easily
without having to wait for the icon bar to scroll. Mouse clicks work,
menus are opened at a sensible height, file drags from the Filer work
(but not from applications) and interactive help works.
