Download the uuencoded file and extract using SparkPlug 2 (see the "tools_help"
file in arch/riscos/tools for further info).


Description:

CHelpGen lets you create !SrcEdit compatible help files from the Desktop C
Risc_Oslib header files.  Currently, !SrcEdit only comes with the header
files for the Shared C library headers. This is useful, but it annoying
that the Risc_Oslib files aren't also provided. However, Desktop C release
comes with the header files for Risc_Oslib, fully commented (equivalent to
the printed manual). This program produces a help file from these headers.
