Download the uuencoded file and extract using SparkPlug 2 (see the "tools_help"
file in arch/riscos/tools for further info).


Description:

The Application Help program is designed to be the last word in Help
Applications for the Archimedes.  It uses an interface similar to the
Microsoft Windows help system to allow browsing of specially written
help files.  Included is a utility for creating such files.
