Description:

NetPBM is an update to the PBMPlus set of tools for image processing and
conversion between various formats of graphic file.

File formats include: Sun, X11, MacPaint, FAX, GEM, Degas, ASCII, Plot,
FITS, CSLM, PostScript, GIF, IFF, PICT, PCX, Targa, HP, MTV, QRT, Motif,
AutoCAD, TIFF, etc.

Image processing tools include: dithering, quantisation, 3d, relief,
bright, dim, add, subtract, mix, etc.
