Description:

GreyToRGB will let you combine three 8bpp (bits-per-pixel) Clear or AIM
files together, representing red, green and blue to produce one 24bpp Clear
file. It will also work the other way too, separating out a 24bpp Clear file
into a directory of red, green and blue Clear files.

Simple effects can be performed during conversion:
* Invert  - negate each pixel
* Add     - add a specified amount to each pixel in the image
* Replace - replace a specific value by another.
