Description:

ChangeFSI is an image processing tool which uses advanced techniques to
produce the best representation of an image in a given screen mode.  The
input image may be in one of a variety of graphics formats, and the output
is to a RISC-OS sprite.  This package provides a desktop interface along
with the ChangeFSI tool.
