Description:

!ArmJPEG generates JPEG image files from various native and foreign
image formats. It is based on the fourth public release of the Independent 
JPEG Group's free JPEG software.  Image formats understood are:
AIM, Sprite, TIFF, GIF, Targa, PBMPlus and RLE.
