Description:

Renamer is a useful application for people who occasionally interact with
the MS-DOS world through floppies, thereby receiving software with lots of
uppercase filenames.  It can rename files in various ways, such as lower-
case, uppercase, first capital, truncation, and word substitution.  Files
in subdirectories can be renamed recursively.
