Download the uuencoded file and extract using SparkPlug 2 (see the "tools_help"
file in arch/riscos/tools for further info).


Description:

PlaceIt allows files to be stuck onto the background and a sprite
displayed behind them.  Files stuck on the background act very much
like files in filer windows.  Extension modules can be added to provide
a change directory icon, * command icons etc.
