Description: FilerFix is a module which changes Filer's action when Ctrl is pressed. Normally when you open a filer window, Ctrl is checked as the window opens. If it is pressed then Filer_Boot is suppressed for the objects within that directory. The problem is that it's all too easy to double click on the directory then remember how long it's going to take to start up. By this time you're too late, because Filer only checks Ctrl immediately after you double-click. FilerFix watches for Ctrl all the time and sets the appropriate flag in Filer workspace when it sees it. The upshot is that you can press Ctrl at any time after double-clicking to suppress Filer_Boots. Again this checks the Filer module version and refuses to run if the version isn't that used in RISC OS 3.11.
