Description:

UUcoder can uuencode and uudecode files, including the ability to
uudecode files in multiple parts.  From version 1.20 it can also
decode MIME Base64-encoded files.  Improvements in 1.21:
* Handles the non-standard headers from ANT's Marcel uucode and base64
  better, extracting the correct file name and type.
* Better at finding the file name for base64 files.
* More tolerant when uudecoding.
