Description:

RamADFS is a program to take the contents of an 800K RAM disc and
write it directly to floppy disc, after munging the disk record to
make it compatible with what filecore reckons a floppy should look
like.  It was produced as a result of discussions on the usenet
newgroup comp.sys.acorn.tech
