Description:

PCDir is an MS-DOS disk reader and writer, without the use of special hardware.
It works exclusively from a custom window/icon in the Desktop. Please note that
the author requests that you send a contribution to one of two named charities
if you use this on a regular basis. The documentation explains this in more detail.
