Description:

OverFiler is a module which adds functionality to the FileCore filer icons
on the icon bar:
* Files can be dragged over icon & they are saved at root of current disc
* Icon name reflects current disc in drive
* Automatically detects if there is a disc in the drive
* Can be a separate sprite for disc in/out of drive
* Automatically opens filer window when a new disc is inserted
* "Icon OverDrive" technologies ensures icon reacts as normal
* Click option for floppy drives with no Empty detection
* Simple Empty detection program

This is a replacement of ADFSicon as it now works with all FileCore
filing systems, and has been tidied up with increased flexibility.
