Description:

MouseStep provides a convenient way of altering the mouse speed from the
desktop.  There are four ways of altering the step size:
* Using the up/down arrow keys
* Using ALT, which pops up a tiny window under the pointer, with
  up/down arrow icons
* Using ALT + number key
* Hold down SELECT in the extreme bottom left corner of the screen,
  and pull out a little window with 5 predefined speed icons, and click
  on the one you want
