Description:

MouseStep alters the speed of the mouse pointer depending on how fast
you move the mouse.  It looks every 5 msec how far the pointer has
moved.  If it has moved more than a certain value (the trigger step
value) it sets the mouse multiplier at a higher rate, otherwise at a
slower rate.  These two rates and the trigger value can be changed via
*-commands : TriggerStep, SlowStep, FastStep.
