Acquiring the package:

Download the archive file(s) and extract using SparkPlug 2
(see the "tools_help" file in micros/arch/riscos/tools for further info).


Description:

MakeJPEG will take a Graphic Interchange Format (GIF), Portable Bitmap
Toolkit (PBM) or Truevision Targa format file and convert it to a JPEG file
and it can convert it back again. It will also convert any JFIF standard
JPEG file to GIF, PBM or Targa.  MakeJPEG uses version 6 of the Independent
JPEG Group's software.
