Description:

Helios provides various shortcuts for launching applications or executing
* commands (eg Cache Off etc).  It provides: 
A menu that can be got at from the icon bar, from a 'back' window or by 
pressing ctrl when you bring up a menu from pinboard.
An alias window into which commands can be typed.
And Keyboard shortcuts for commands.
