This directory contains smailrm now.  Details on the weekly
newsletter, however there is a file missing from the archive
which Tom will replace real soon now (and may already have
done if there is anything other than smailrm_0.00.arc and
smail-ALPHA.* here.

The patch: add an Obey file to somewhere on your Run$Path containing:

set %0$ReturnStart yes
%*1
set %0$ReturnCode <Sys$ReturnCode>


and call this file:  smail_sub
