Changes since 0.11

BUGFIX: The newsgroups database was not being initialised properly by the
freenews transport, causing all downloaded news to be put in 'junk'.

BUGFIX: Improper error handling in the frontend caused the desktop to freeze
if there was an error on start-up (though I don't see what errors could occur
then).

BUGFIX: Frontend control panel was not displaying the correct status if
closed and re-opened.

BUGFIX: Newsbase was being forced unnecessarily to save its configuration
every time it started.

DOCUMENTATION: Version numbers of component applications added to help file.

Increment version number (which is now held in a separate file).

Instructions
------------
Open the archive (Upg011-012) and copy the !Acornet found inside (which only
contains the files that need to be modified) on top of the full !Acornet
application which you have already installed on your hard disc.

If you have already configured your existing Acornet (i.e. 0.10 or 0.11), you
will need to re-run the configuration program.  Start up Acornet and click on
the Configure icon in the control panel.  Your details should have been
remembered, so just click on OK until the configuration is complete.
