What it is Raffle2
The computer will display the colour of the ticket drawn and the number of the ticket drawn.
Instructions
Then click on the iconbar icon which will open the first window which is to choose the number of books sold.
You then select the number of books sold either by entering the number in directly or by using the up and down arrows then select the OK button , which will open up a new window where you enter the colours of each book sold.
Once you have entered the colours click on the Next button which will open up a new window called Enter the ticket numbers sold.
Enter the ticket numbers of the first ticket sold and last ticket sold in each book and then click on the next button, which will open up the window called Check the numberrs and books are right.
This is your last chance to spot any errors before the draw itself happens and if everything is right click on the Next button which will open the Pick the ticket window.
Clicking on the Draw button picks the next ticket, and the Cancel button open ups a warning window asking you if you are sue as it will reset the raffle.
Clicking on the Yes button will take you to the opening window to start a new raffle whilst clicking on the No button takes back to the Pick the ticket window with the last number drawn displayed.
Clcking on the Back button at anystage takes you to the previous window so that any mistakes can be corrected before the draw takes place.
