User-Manual for Form Filler

Version 1.18 (21 July 2020)

To use just double click on the FFiller app it will then load onto the iconbar.

Click on the iconbar to open the main window.

The Main Window
Click on a button and it will then send the output to where ever the cursor is.

Edit button to change the information on the buttons.

Return button to enter a carrige return.

Space button to enter a space.

Delete button deletes to the left.

Delete Icon button is the equivalent to pressing Control U.

Tab and Back Tab buttons do the same as if you pressed the Tab or Shift and Tab keys.

CtC button is for Copy To the Clipboard the same as if you pressed Control C.

CoC button is for Copy from the Clipboard the same as if you pressed Control V.

C H button is to clear the highlighted text the same as if you pressed Control Z.

Slim window button closes the main window and opens a slim line version of the main window, you also have the same buttons as the main window but in a slimmer option.

Mini window button closes the main window and opens the mini verison.

Save Position button opens up a new window which ask you if you want to save the window's position

Make Default button if not greyed out makes this window the default window, which means that every time click on Form Fillers iconbar icon this window will open, if it is greyed out it means it is the default window. Pressing the menu button anywhere, or the menu icon button in the main window will bring up a menu where you can have upto 10 forms, and clicking on one of those forms will bring up that form, named form 01 to form 10. Clicking on Edit form names allows you to change the name of any of the 10 forms.

The Edit window Click on the button you want to edit and type in the information you want then click on the save button in the bottom left hand corner. That will close the Edit windown and open up the Main window, even if you got into the Edit window from the Slim window one reason for that is the display on the slim window is very limited so the main window gives you a better view of the edited information.

If you want to cancel any chances just hit the cancel button on the bottom left hand side.

Reserved key is \ which issues a tab command, so you can have in one button a complete information to fill in a web form. The Slim window The buttons are exactly the same as the Main window apart from Slim Window button is replaced by a Main window button and the Save Position button is called Save Pos button to save space.
Pressing the menu button does the same as the main window

The Mini Window This contains only the keyboard buttons as well as buttons for the Main and Slim Windows plus the Save Position button which does the same as it does is the main window.

Edit Form Names Window This window is where you can change the form names into something more useful for your purpose, just type the new name in the boxes provided.

Save button saves the new names and closes the window.
Cancel button closes the window without saving any changes you may have made. Iconbar menu The iconbar menu has seven options the first is the info and is found by sliding over the arrow at the top.

The next is Help and opens the help file

The next is edit and opens the edit window.

The next is the Open Main Window and opens the main window

The next is the Open Slim Window and opens the slim windos

The next is the Open Mini Window and opens the mini window

And the last is quit which quits the programme.

The Form Selection Menu The Form Selection Menu can be accessed from the Main or Slim windows also by the menu icon on those window.
The options you have on the Form Menu are

Change the form you are on
Edit the Form Names
Set the default form

General Hints Wait until the app has finished outputting the text before hitting another button.
